Commercial Common Area Upgrade, Tenant Improvements, Seismic Upgrade
Safety and style governed our approach to this Burlingame office remodel, which included seismic upgrades throughout every floor and the complete redesign of North and South lobbies, corridors, restrooms and common areas. We worked in partnership with the project’s landscape architect to coordinate the surrounding landscape and plantings with the building’s new exterior colors, signage and doors. A welcoming approach, warm, appealing common spaces and a higher safety rating raised the ranking of this office space, attracting highly desirable commercial tenants.
