We love things that last. Over 20 years ago, Amato designed offices at 1000 Sansome for Carmel Partners and ATC Partners, so we were delighted when the real estate duo came back to us for help with their redesign. Collaborating with Lundberg Design for the seismic upgrade of the base building, we retained and exposed the original heavy timber and red brick, enhancing with new steel moment frames. A simple layout and minimalist furnishings in tones of white and gray complement and showcase the natural colors and materials of the historic building. Did we mention that we love things that last?
