What’s even better than living in a classic Craftsman home in the heart of Rockridge? A classic Rockridge Craftsman with more space! This little Taft Avenue gem became even more livable with the addition of a second story. Upstairs, the family now enjoys three bedrooms, two baths, an office and a laundry room. Downstairs, we opened up walls and entries to let light and people flow between the kitchen, dining and living rooms, and an additional guest suite for a total of four bedrooms, three baths. A series of ridge skylights on the new second-floor landing flood the home with light, creating a haven in the middle of Rockridge that feels both luminous and limitless.
